We select the best turkey breasts, carefully processed within strictly controlled environments to guarantee the highest quality of the product, cooked slowly in a mesh steam oven inside the ’tile’ mold – with the possibility of rectangular and rounded slices . The high production standard allows the product to be sliced to the thinnest thickness. The entire process is followed by a system of cutting-edge technological controls that allow the customer to be provided with complete internal traceability, together with chemical and bacteriological checks by external laboratories.
