We select the best ham, carefully cleaned of their rind, processed within strictly controlled environments to guarantee the highest quality of the product, cooked slowly in a steam oven in a ’tile’ mold – with the possibility of rectangular and rounded slices . The high production standard allows the product to be sliced to the thinnest thickness. The process is followed by a system of cutting-edge technological controls that allow the customer to be provided with complete internal traceability, together with chemical and bacteriological checks by external laboratories. ‘Select’ cooked ham bars and ‘high quality’ cooked ham bars available.
